PBC is a must stop! My family and I always stop here when we are in Pagosa. We've never been disappointed.
The Chicken Green Chile stew is scrumptious. Beware - it is spicy. The croissants were light and buttery. The PBJ was the best we've ever had! The lemon bars are to die for! I would drive 4 hrs just for the lemon bars. The coffee is also great!
We can't wait to visit again! -

AMAZING!!!
We were in town for 2 days and went in both days trying new items. Each day was better than the one before. The egg sandwich was crazy delicious. The cinnamon rolls were the best I have ever had. And the raspberry chocolate chip muffins are just delicious and addictive so watch out. Hats off to the cook and the staff in front were fun, friendly and knowledgeable. -

I stopped by pagosa baking to get a pastry and some coffee. Immediately when I walked in the staff was so friendly and kind. I ordered my iced vanilla latte and it was very tasty. The coffee cake was also very good. Not too expensive and a nice little spot to sit down and rest, especially after hiking treasure falls. Great stuff!

Incredible breakfast sandwiches. Delicious chocolate croissants!! Quiche fresh smooth tasty with crispy crust! Amazing bread. Fast service. Fresh roasted coffee. 6 stars out of five. We would eat breakfast there every day for the rest of my life if I could

Of all the restaurants I stopped by between SLC and Boulder, this was my favorite cafe. Located on the main road in Pagosa Springs, this is a convenient stop for anyone passing by.
The breakfast sandwich is to die for. Quiche was ok as well, but the crust was somewhat lacking. The dessert was another story: cappuccino was excellent (especially if you like milk foam) and the carrot cake muffin was as good as my mom's baking!
Cute interior and nice seating area outside in front of the cafe. Enjoy!
